Delivery in pickup point : how does it work ?

2) You will need to print the shipping label, package your shipment, and affix your packing slip.
3) Once the package is dropped off at the pickup, the company informs you of the progress of your package by email
4) Within 5 to 10 working days after the shipment, the recipient only has to pick up the parcel, with his ID card and the different references of the parcel. The icing on the cake is that another person can pick up the package if the recipient is not available!

If you choose to send your parcel with DPD, you will receive an SMS/email (with a tracking code) as soon as you receive your parcel at the pickup point. Your package will be available for 9 days.
