DPD Classic delivery:
- Delivery times : Express or Standard (24h to 48h)
- Delivery areas : France and Benelux, shipping from France and Benelux to Europe
- Collection : at the sender's address
- Delivery : to the recipient's address

- Max weight : 20kg
- Max dimensions : length must be less than 300 cm
- Expanded perimeter : must be less than 300 cm
DPD Predict
- Delivery times : Express or Standard (24h to 48h)
- Delivery zones : France to France / Benelux to Benelux
- Collection : at the sender's address
- Delivery : to the recipient's address or at a relay point
- Plus : choice of delivery date/time by SMS within a 3-hour window
- DPD tracking : possible on the Upela website
- Format for sending DPD Predict parcels :
- Max weight : 30kg
- Max size : length must be less than 200cm
- Developed perimeter : must be less than 300 cm
DPD Predict : How does it work?
- When ordering, the customer can choose between several delivery dates
They receive an SMS offering them 2 delivery dates within a 3-hour time slot. They confirm their choice by replying directly by sms. They can also log on to the Recipient's Area (dpd.fr) where they will be offered a wider choice of delivery dates. The choice has to be confirmed before 11pm
- The appointment is confirmed
A confirmation SMS is sent to the customer. The delivery day and time slot are validated.
- Day D : confirmation of delivery time
On the day of delivery, the recipient receives an SMS informing him/her of the delivery time (within a time slot of one hour).
Delivery in a Pickup relay :
- Delivery times : Express or Standard (24 to 48 hours)
- Delivery area : France
- Collection : at the sender's address
- Delivery : DPD relay point (the parcel remains available in the relay point during 9 days, a SMS or an email is sent to the recipient as soon as it is received)
- DPD tracking : possible
- Format for sending DPD relay pickup packages :
- Max weight: 20kg
- Maximum size: length must be less than 100 cm
- The sum of the dimensions (L + 2l + 2h): < 250 cm
Daily pick-up with DPD :
The daily pick-up offer with DPD is ideal for professionals such as e-merchants or retailers who have to send a large or small volume of parcels. This method of delivery offers great flexibility for both the sender and the recipient.

- Send at least 5 parcels per week
- No direct contract with DPD
