How to track your package?

You want to track Colissimo, DHL, TNT or a parcel sent from another of our partner transport companies? Nothing could be easier, just enter the tracking number of your shipment to see where your package is. You will find the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent to you.

Where can I find my tracking number?

For international shipments, some specific goods are prohibited for import and export: this is the case for example for household appliances, cash or explosives.

If you are shipping within the European Union, no customs formalities are required.
