The prices displayed on Upela include all transport costs (excluding customs fees). During the delivery of your parcel, your parcel will be handled in an industrial way, we therefore advise against any fragile object or having a non-standard size or shape of packaging (irregular shapes, insufficient packaging, overflow element, ...). Carriers check the dimensions and weight of each package, which may result in additional costs/fees. Packages must therefore be properly packed, measured and weighed.

- The size, weight and volumetric weight of your shipment*.
*The volumetric weight is the space occupied by your parcel in the means of transport used by the courier, for example, depending on the carrier, a shipment may cost more if your parcel occupies a large volume in a shipping truck and not the weight of it.
